For the third night in a row I was up late watching movies while updating our online donation forms. Clearly I needed a better system you may think. Sadly, this was the new one! As comms & fundraising manager I took our NFP through a brand refresh including building a totally new website. It was shaped by our supporter journeys and designed to share our story clearly, make it easy to donate and capture data wherever possible.
