Areas of support: To support programs and initiatives that support the ageing communities in Queensland, in particular, those who suffer from mobility issues, sickness or disease to improve and enhance their quality of life. The program / initiative must help older people to remain independent; practise choice; participate in their community; have a support network; experience healthy ageing. The Foundation targets and funds programs / initiatives which: there is limited access to other funding; or has a funding gap that needs to be filled for the program / initiative to proceed; or for an essential service to continue. Where possible, the Foundation encourages and prioritises programs and initiatives that support women over 65.

GRANT: Multicultural Community Infrastructure Fund

Areas of support: The aim of the program is to support Victoria’s multicultural community organisations to upgrade their community facilities. This will give community members a safe and secure place to celebrate and share their history and traditions, build connections and thrive. This is regardless of age, abilities, language/ethnicity or location. Program funding will contribute to the cost of upgrades. Organisations should not rely solely on the program to fund their project. For community infrastructure projects that will: support communities to celebrate and share their history and traditions; build community connections and networks to participate in society; help communities to access social and cultural opportunities.

GRANT: National Justice Reinvestment Program – Round 1

Areas of support: Justice reinvestment aims to prevent and reduce First Nations contact with the justice system in a particular place or community. Areas of support: Perpetual’s IMPACT Philanthropy Program distributes to all sectors including social welfare, health, medical and health research, conservation and environment, education, arts and culture and animal welfare.
