Overview:

The MS Readathon is a long-running national fundraising initiative that encourages children and adults to read books during August to raise funds for people living with Multiple Sclerosis. The campaign has evolved over the years to accommodate new forms of media, and has introduced gamification and incentives to encourage fundraising. The campaign's success lies in its ability to engage people across generations, maintain a strong connection to its cause, and adapt to changes in technology and cultural trends.

The MS Readathon has been a successful fundraising campaign for nearly five decades, promoting literacy and raising funds for people living with Multiple Sclerosis and other neurological conditions, with a focus on simplicity, inclusivity, storytelling, partnerships and innovation.
