As an individual professional fundraiser, you make an impact but together there’s nothing we can’t do so we invite you to come to conference and learn how to make the world even better.

Because sharing is our superpower, FIA Conference is where the magic happens and we share, learn, connect and inspire to help make the remarkable achievable.

Look who’s sharing their insights

Our international and local speakers represent the very best minds in the fundraising sector and they’ve very generously offered their time and expertise to be part of the sector’s most reputable fundraising conference. Meet our keynote presenters:

Owen Valentine Pringle, Leaders’ Quest

Owen is a transformation specialist with over 20 years of experience at executive level, half of which he has spent working for purpose-driven organisations. Currently, he is a partner of Leaders’ Quest, a leadership consultancy that helps organisations align profit with purpose. He has worked in-house and as a consultant across civil society, commercial and public sectors, having led departments at ITN, Sky, Southbank Centre and Amnesty International, where he was Global Director of Digital Communications. More recently, he was Chief of Staff at ActionAid International.

Naomi Steer, former National Director,
Australia for UNHCR

Naomi is a longstanding leader in the not-for-profit sector in Australia and globally. She has been a lifetime advocate for human rights, gender equity and social justice. In 2000, Naomi founded Australia for UNHCR, the National Partner for the UN Refugee Agency which she led until 2022. From a one-person office, Naomi helped grow Australia for UNHCR into one of Australia’s leading NFPs raising more than $430 million from the private sector to date to support UNHCR’s humanitarian operations for refugees and displaced people. She is a passionate believer in the power of human connection to bring about positive change and we are so honoured to have her present at our conference.
